I could attack other players in my first world. But No one can attack each other in other world. Well, I'm using plugin name My World to create a new world. (I'm not good at English, but I have picture to describe what I want to do, sorry about that) I did try change My World files to make those worlds a PvP world, but nothing happened.
http://pastebin.com/943i9Zq0# I think you might wanna look at world.yml too. I have changed all pvp row to true, but I still couldn't attack anyone. I could attack only in iZone which I have flagged them as a PvP zone. (Which I have meant to make it as non-PvP Zone)
I checked no one is god. And yeah my server.properties got that. I don't have world guard (because I use 1.2.3 R0.1 implement with 1.1 R6, so I can't use it)
