I have a request for a splitscreen co-op plugin allowing you to play with 2 players from your house

Before you actualy post any plugin request here... or actualy, before you register you should read and accept the rules that this forum have!

When that's said; Its not possible and will never be possible to make that "plugin" of yours, whit anything relative to bukkit! You are asking for modifications to the Client, not the servers and that request doesn't belong here!

I don't believe bukkit could handle this since it would change the actual game...

 

like Maurius and Devil said, this would be a client mod. you could post this in a client modding forum, but i don't know any off the top of my head.
