I need a plugin for my server?

I want someone to come on my server type something like /response 5
So it will come up in a message to an admin when they type /checkresponse
/response will be the thing
But 1-10 etc.
Is the rating they gave the server on the speed ... Lag etc 1 is for lagging like hell can't place blocks and 10 is amazing please help guys ?

I can try this, but it will take me a while, because i am still a n00b at coding, give me until Tuesday or Thursday, please.

He isnt really hiring, he is requesting a plugin to be made, just not with the best title...

I like this idea as sort of a "RateMyServer" Sort of thing instead of rating using response how about /rate starts the step by step rating. Such as it would show "Rate the speed 1 to 10 /rate speed <1-10>" Then after that "Rate the Staff 1 to 10 /rate staff <1-10>. And it would be shown to everyone the overall rating?

I will make this for my own server but just checking if there's anything you might want if I do make it.

yes, i am about to head on vacation, where i will have time to make this, so i will get a good start on it then. I will not be able to add the give item because i am still a n00b at java, though.
