TheWizad Probably want to list all races, classes, items etc. And their perks, how you get them.

I am able to do this, although I am kind of new to plugin coding. I can make it so, for example, people with the Orc class can have more health than people with, say, the Hobbit class.

What perks do you have in mind? I may like LotR but I don't know a ton about it.

I can also add economy support, for ex. you could set how much a certain race costs to rank up to.

The Orcs have more hp,less speed.
Hobbit is a burglar can go invisible or move silently.
    Men are fast horse riders.
    Dwarf are very agressive.
Elfs are rune-keepers they have perfect aim.

    Hope i helped.

Okay, by aggressive do you mean dwarves have more attack damage?
And I don't know if I can make it so Elves have a better aim, but I can make it so they're arrows deal more damage.

Once I am done with what you have said, I will try making everything configurable so you can add new races, edit races, etc.

Also what about wizards? I was thinking that maybe wizards could have a staff with different powers, but it's all up to you.

And what should Urak-hai have (hope I spelled it right!)?

Here are the commands I have been working on:
    /lotr (Base Command)
    /lotr help (Help)
/lotr select <Race> (Lets you select the race <Race>)
/lotr races (Lists the current races)
/lotr who [PlayerName] (Tells you what race [PlayerName] is. If no name is provided, it will show your race)

    Yes very nice.
    Dwarfs have more attack.
    The Uruk-Hai can have shaman.
Wizard of good side is Gandalf (pemission only)
Saruman is evil with permission only again.
    Sauron is only for Owner/s.

I have been working on a "Wizard Staff". The way you get one is, if you are a wizard, you get a blaze rod and name it "Wizard Staff". It will have different powers, like lightning, fireball launcher, and other things.

TheWizad Oh, and do you need multiworld support? For ex. you need it if you want it enabled in only one world.

Currently, I am making it so dwarves deal more damage with axes than swords. How much should gold axes deal? Normal +1 (+4 damage) or higher? I am making all the axes do +1 damage, but I was just wondering if you might think gold axes should deal more damage than normal gold tools.

TheWizad also, how much damage higher should axes deal for dwarves? I am doing +1 attack damage now, but what do you want?
It is very easy to change.

TheWizad Okay, I thought +1 wouldn't be good

TheWizad now I am making it so, when a player gets on a horse and he's an elf, the horse will have really good stats.

Wizards get magic staffs. Blaze rods are magic staffs, and to use them you need to name it after the spell you want it to do in the anvil. Here's a list of possible spells on staffs:
    1. Lightning Staff (Shoots lightning where you are looking)
    2. Fire Staff (Launches a fireball in the direction you are looking)
    3. Healing staff (Heals you half a heart every time you use it)
    4. Water staff (Extinguishes you if you are on fire)
    5. Teleporter Staff (Teleports you where you are looking)
Only wizards can use these perks.
