   I posted a plugin on BukkitDev called NewPotionEffects, but it wont upload on the bukkit forums even tho i linked the accounts. Why?

   I think you need to get accepted by the bukkit dev team before your plugin is shown.
   
   Best thing to do is upload your plugin on GitHub and then make a forum thread and provide a link to the GitHub page where you uploaded your plugin until the dev team accept you.
   
   I think this is what you meant. Sorry if misunderstood you.
