I want a plugin like its a flat land where have plots, and when the player join the world he gets a plot, i already so a plugin like that in other server, infinityplots but i cant find it

That works with creativeportals or multiverse, cuz when someplayer enter in the portal... he try to type /home or /iclaims plot and it dont go and about InfinityClaims it dont work... the commands ok ok worked... but he cant build in the plot need some permission?
