Is there a way to connect worlds?

    Hello!
    I am currently making my own server. But I have a question.
    I wanna add Hunger Games, But I want it to be on a completely different world. Is there a way to connect 2 worlds together by a portal and can the Hunger Games plugin be used ONLY On that one world
    If you could help, That would be great!
