Is there documentation on bukkit.yml?

I've searched the wiki.bukkit.org, but can't find anything on the bukkit.yml file.

Now the automatically generated file has some things in it, and I kind of have figured out what things like 'spawn-radius' seem to do on my own. But I also see people putting stuff about worlds in there and other things. I also see posts by plugin developers for things like world generation specifically saying they're not helping with setting up bukkit.yml correctly.

So it must be documented somewhere, I just can't find it.
