Item Dropping Help!!

So I am making some ranks that people can purchase for my mc server and they get creative mode in the ranks now the problem is that i don't want players that purchased a rank to be able to give items to other players. Is there any plugin for this? Is there any way that i can disable this? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I don't think you can stop them from dropping items. Even if that is possible they could just place the block down for the others to get

I know that Grief Prevention stops people dropping items in Creative world mode, maybe you could set it to do that in Survival too. Either way it's possible Bukkit-wise so there's probably another plugin that does.
