java.io.IOException: Bad compressed data format.

What does this mean and how can I fix it? My server doesn't shut down but it kicks all players and gives this error. It is on multicraft. I have 1.3.1 r2. My plugins.... Plugins (38): WorldBorder, MineConomy, NoCheatPlus, WorldEdit, CommandBook, VanishNoPacket, Vault, PluginReloader, StandardBooks, Multiverse-Core, PermissionsEx, LogBlock, UltraBan, LWC, TreeAssist, WorldGuard, HomeSpawnPlus, MCDocs, SignColours, CommandHelper, OrebfuscatorLite, xWarp, BKCommonLib, OpenInv, ChestShop, TelePlusPlus, CommandLogger, mcMMO, MobArena, iChat, Factions, Multiverse-Portals, Multiverse-Inventories, Multiverse-NetherPortals, SimpleSpleefEvolution, ecoCreature, CompatNoCheatPlus, NoLagg.

It happens right after a command.

 

Do you have any compressed folders inside of your server folder? You may want to look into that.
