Looking for a Plugin

hey there,

I am looking for a Bukkit plugin that a allows you to prevent hunger from depleting and allows you to disable fall damage for specific regions. I have had a plugin for this in previous years but cant seem to remember the name or find the files. I apologize in advance if I am posting this in the wrong section but please help me the best that you can.
