Looking for hardcore plugin that deletes chests and items upon death

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a plugin that might already exist, but I can't find it in the plugin list.
The plugin should (mainly) do two things:

1. Once a player dies (s)he is not allowed to play for a configurable amount of time
2. Once a player dies his/her items and chests will be deleted/removed/locked forever

Update:

I've found multiple plugins that can ban you when you die.
I've also found a plugin that can spawn a graveyard sign when you die. This grave yard sign can be removed an x amount of seconds after you die.

This is a workaround for the idea that I'm having, but it's not perfect.

You don't need to install Plugins for banning dead Players, just enable hardcore mode in the server.properties

Update 2:

DeathChest does not remove the items when a graveyard sign is destroyed, therefor it is useless (in this case).

Players shouldn't be permanently banned.
They should be banned for 5-10 minutes or so.

Still on the hunt...
