% Makes client crash

Hi,

Whenever someones type "%" in minecraft chat, thay get kicked from the server "Internal Servor Error" and I get this error in console.

Is it bukkit? Or maybe a plugin i'm using?
Not sure which bukkit version i'm using.. Something around 210

 

It is not bukkit but a plugin that is doing this.
