ColorSwitch - Use areas to trigger doors etc. This PlugIn is built for Bukkit 1.2.3-R0.1 and should work with R5 as well Downloads v1.0 Color Switch - what is this? You can use areas (2 [x y / x z / y z] or 3 dimensional [x y z]) to trigger a switch for redstone somewhere.Well, the first idea was to make a plugin which let you create puzzles for adventure maps (zelda, etc.), but while developing I thought about that you can use it on your regular server as well to build those puzzles - or what you want to do with it! How to use? Note: First you create an area of blocks or what you want it to be in ... Then: Face a block and then execute one of those 3 commands: Code: /setstart This sets the starting block of your area /setstop This sets the ending block of your area (like worldguard) /setswitch The redstone torch will be created as the switch on that block If you have set all this 3 fields, use this command to create the field: Code: /createfield This will create the field which needs to be completed to trigger the switch If a block of the complete area is removed, the torch will disappear. If you want to destroy a field (only fields you own can be destroyed), face the torch which is turned on and use the following command: Code: /destroyfield This will create the field which needs to be completed to trigger the switch If a block of the complete area is removed, the torch will disappear. A video how to use is on the bottom of my topic! Example To demonstrate it I use a field with 4 blocks of yellow wool, 4 blocks of lime wool & 1 block of red wool. If you have created something like this, select the start point of your field by command. Select the end point of your field by command, too, that it gives a rectangle. In this example (2 dimensional) this would be: left top and right bottom - OR - left bottom and right top. Then you look at a block and execute the torch command (will be /setswitch), where the torch will be triggered later (just look on a block - the torch will appear at the top of the block / 1 block above of the block you looked at). After you did these 3 steps (start of rectangle [/setstart], end of rectangle [/setend], switch position[/setswitch]) you execute the final command [/createfield]. If everything is okay and the field was created, the wool blocks in the field will disappear. The block you configured to be the trigger place is now the block where the redstone torch will be spawned if you complete your area with the wool blocks you have specified before. Installation Just put the file in the zip archive to your "plugins" folder and restart or reload your server. The plugin does the rest for you. Changelog
Fix your title a bit: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/pl...y-requirements-updated-december-28-2011.1755/ Looks great otherwise. Give it time to be approved!
I don't really know it has to be, for me it is mech... A plugin which change standard mechanics that don't fall under any other category.
