Inactive [MECH/FUN/RPG] DarkBrotherhood v1.5.1 - climb walls, assassinate players, and more![1060]

No, I mean like everyone can climb cobblestone, but only admins can climb bedrock. Also make it so only admins can stay on a wall, while everyone else can only stay on there for a short amount of time, kinda like when you don't hold shift

This plugin hates me no one but me can use the climb feature

Is there a server with this plugin? also add in cures for poisons that assassins use?

Does the plugin crash or does the superpermission handler crash? If it is the handler I can't help you. If it is my plugin I need an error log.

If you are not using permissions in the config then only ops can use it. If you are the only op then only you would be able to use it. Is everyone holding shift when they are trying to climb? Are they clicking while holding something as that would cause it not to work. Do they not have the permissions to climb? Are they trying to climb blocks that aren't listed as climbable in the config? Do they have a slow internet connection that isn't realizing that they moved. I mean it could be a million things but I would like to say that when the plugin is set up properly everything works the way it should.

Cures should be simple enough will come out in the next release. Um I don't know any off the top of my head. My server has it but that is just for me and my friends.

Yes permissions 3 is not a super permissions handler you need something like bPermissions or permissionsBukkit or something of that nature. (Please don't post your writing within a quote of me it makes it really difficult to find what your saying.)

Ok I am thinking of getting either bPermissions, or PermissionsBukkit, because I really love this plugin, only thing is, when I switch how can I transfer all my other nodes, groups, and such over to the new permissions really easily? Also, when I get it, it looks like neither have suffixes so I am going to have to get either mChat or HeroicChat. I've never used those before but I'm pretty sure it will be easy to make suffixes for each group in my server.

As far as transferring goes you would have to talk to the individual permission plugin developer.

Ive tried the download link from three different computers but I only get version 1.5 everytime. Can't get it to work with CB 1060

It also says v. 1.5 in McMyAdmin. I've removed .jar and folder/config and reinstalled but the error keeps coming back, worked with CB1000

Delete config file upon updating. Your updating from an older file that requires you to do this.

What permission handler are you using/post a file of your config (of both your super perm handler and your darkbrotherhood config). If you are still having trouble take a quick look at the setup video for EffectiveArrows it's not quite the same thing but the same principles apply.

Love the plugin so far, just wish it had Permissions support alongside SuperPerms, since I haven't made the switch. Gonna end up downloding PermissionsBukkit just for this plugin. xD

On a side note, I have a feature request.
Air assassinations - Simple enough, jump on top of a player/mob's head for an instant kill.

Trying to get air assassinations working is incredibly hard to my knowledge there is no way to detect an entity running into another entity.

Well... Here's another way, you could make another critical hit field just above the head. You'd have to attack the player while falling to get the assassination in. Is that more possible?

I don't have anything to do with hit boxes or anything it uses the vectors that the entities are facing not hit boxes. I don't even know if it is possible to make hit boxes with Bukkit.

Add in the features of leveling.
The ninja/assassin class has levels
Exp per level obviously but we are able to change the amount of EXP needed per level
Each level gives more dmg for sneak attacks also manageable via the config file.

U could use the permission handler to simulate this.
