    You need to enable the spawn points flag for it to work. It's used solely for spawn points, everything else is done via the config.

    You need to change the "master settings" in the beginning of the config. The things like:
    Enable spawning changes?: false
    Enable custom monster drops?: false
    Just change them to true.

    i find this whole thing extremely confusing with all the options, all i want is to make zombies aggressive from around 100 blocks away so they find you, on my Nazi Zombies server, instead of people having to search for them... could someone lead me through which settings i need to change to only have this happen?

    Hi, I'm running MC 1.2.5-R1.0 and also running the corresponding version of MA. I enabled massive-aggro, but only Spiders are affected by it. I can't find a configuration to change this... is it a bug?

    Use bonus/naturalistic spawns.

    No, it is known that it cannot affect zombies/skeletons/endermen.

    Zombies no longer accept mega-aggro since 1.2.

    i saw the video and became a fan, sadly i use the zombie world config and the zombies don't break anything and the skeles still shoot horrible, and it also seems to be less mobs spawned. and they don't go after the torches. the damage that ignores armor doesn't even work. i am using the right CB, and do not see any error messages in my logs.

    when i lookup the version number it says 0.0.1 ??? i d/l from bukkitdev if it makes any differance

    Very weird, when i edit the config file it does nothing. Even with essentials config.yml. I use notepad++ then press save and exit and load up my server. the options i put in the config have no affect at all. And when i look at it i see that it is in fact edited but having no affect. Plese help.

    Fixed that, but, zoms still burn in sunlight and when a zom dies its supposed to spawn 2 more. This is what i have:
    Zombie:
    true damage (completely ignores armor): 0
    explode on death: false
    death explosion causes fire?: false
    death explosion radius: 1.0
    spawn new mob on death: true
    death spawn type: Zombie
    death spawn count: 2
    death spawn chance: 100.0

    I suggest making your own config, the zombie one is pretty old.

    It's not possible to do any more, vanilla ruined it. The new AI's are slow and unresponsive. You can still do very similar things using Zombie Pigmen in place of Zombies (all of the special zombie settings can be set to apply to pigmen, including aggressiveness). Otherwise, you could simple run a pre-1.2 server (if it's private and your friends are willing to downgrade their version).

    You need to enable the global properties setting.

    I'm having issues with this plugin, whenever I go to edit the settings for it, and more specifically the bonus mob settings, mobs stop spawning altogether. If somebody can let me know how to post my config, I can do that if it helps at all.

    Loving the Plugin...few questions...
    Can someone please explain what each one option means:

    Use new event system?: true
    Enable natural hostile spawns?: false
    Enable natural passive spawns?: true
    Enable spawn points?: false
    Enable bonus spawns?: true
    Enable naturalistic bonus spawns?: true
    Enable spawning changes?: false

    Also, I'm getting hostile mobs during the day. Would changing the minimum light levels solve this? Does "Naturalistic bonus spawn mob attempts per tick" increase the number of mobs if it's higher?

    What I would like is (alot of) hostile mobs spawning at night and burning when it's light. Only passive mobs spawning during the day, no hostile mobs when it's light...

    You can get vanilla double spawns by running default settings with naturalistic bonus spawns enabled, 40 mob attempts per tick and nothing else changed. Vanilla spawn rate (n)=20*n/20

    I don't seem to be able to edit wolves' damage or health values. When I have a tamed wolf, he seems to have the default health value, even though I added him to the list. Also when he attacks, he seems to do no damage to monsters. Just continuously attacks him. Thought I'd bring this to your attention. I of course could of done something wrong. Is there a different way to change wolves?

    Unfortunately no, there's no method to detect whether wolves are tamed. Make sure you have both global flags enabled. If it still doesn't work, try it with just health.

    One of the problems with multi-world spawning changes is how multi-world plugins work. Often times you need to set different access methods in your main plugin for different world plugins. However, you can set similar rates for all the worlds (add all of them to to config) and use the bonus spawns to make each world more unique (you can select a single world for bonus/naturalistic). Multi-world in MA is dependant on the bukkit access method getServer().getWorld(name).

    All that aside, if you really need drastically different settings for multiple worlds, the easiest way is to copy+rename the jar and edit the plugin.yml to suit your setup. Multiple Monster Apocalypse jars with no overlapping worlds, proper renames, and plugin.yml fixing should behave as separate plugins.

    Thanks :) when you say global flags, which ones are those? haha I appreciate the help. And I never thought about just changing the Jar, thanks! I'll do that :)

    He was using primarily mega-aggro with default vanilla spawns. A good way to get similar numbers to this, but distributed around the world (not aggroed onto the player) would be to enable naturalistic spawns with default settings and put the attempts per tick from 20 to 60. You could then either set it to always night like the video, as well.

    For every monster on the 'natural' list set
    replacement: PigZombie

    Drops are glitched at the moment, once I have one more good feature or a minecraft patch they will work (I have them fixed, but I need to keep the number of versions down). Other drop plugins should be compatible.

    Can someone help me? Everytime I start the server it says Monster Appocalypse enabled. (till here its all alright)
    Once I check the file I see everything was reseted, everything I changed was reseted ... please help

    Does someone have a good zombie apoc config file?

    Tried to configure it several times but it just keeps saying:

    08:22 PM [SEVERE] Cannot load plugins\Monster Apocalypse\config.yml

    everytime I changed anything and it all reverts back to what it was.

    I basically want every mob to be zombies, I want twice the spawns, zombies attack blocks and dont burn in sun light. oh and mega aggro
