   I am looking for a plugin similar to ModifyWorld that is compatible with tekkit. Here is my pex:

   default:

   permissions:
   - -modifyworld.items.place.128
   - modifyworld.*
   users: {}
   
   This file loads perfectly, but when I try to place an Alchemical chest :128, I am allowed to. Here is what my ModifyWorld config is:
