MY FRIENDS CAN'T CONNECT TO MY BUKKIT SERVER! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

My friends can not connect to my bukkit server! I think that I port forwarded correctly but I don't know for sure! So I have literally spent maybe a total of 10 hours trying to make a bukkit server on my PC. I have had multiple people try and help me but nothing has worked. Please help me if you can, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

put your ip into canyouseeme.org
if it says it can't see you, you haven't portforwarded properly.
then try looking at the tutorial in my signature

im having the same problem how do i get my friends on my server?
