My server keeps crashing after a some of "Lost connections"

I don't know what the problem is but my server keeps crashing around the time I get a couple of:

[INFO] /ip lost connection.

in my console. I then have to restart my server. If I do commands like /list it shows the players that were online during the crash, but if I execute a command it crashes the game and I then have to restart it. It started to happen once I released my game to the public.

The only fishy thing I see is your MCDocs. If it's not working, you should remove it. Can you check your network adapter in Control Panel and tell me the model number/info?

 

But the server is not crashed on the picture and the IPs are in most cases from any Server Lists.

 

That is the weird thing. It is crashed. It acts like it isn't but it really was. You can tell it crashed when it goes to toast@theia.

EDIT: Also it says "Stopping Server" randomly when no commands were exectued

I don't have a control panel or access to one:/. I'm running it for a friend and have access to the console and ftp. If it is the source of the problem I could try to get it and see. He is using ripehost.com. Never heard of them myself
