Name Plugin (Above head name)

There should be a plugin that allows you to change your name overhead i found a great plugin the only problem is that it doesn't change it overhead and i need that to be changed also

@MineDev made a plugin like this with the BukkitContrib but it requires BukkitContrib's client mod.
