   My server is based around the fact that it has a railway network covering the entire map, and i want to encourage players to use it, by this way:
   Warping: $50, 2 minuite wait
   Train travel: $5, 1 min fast rail
   
   Of course if i just offer free warps nobody will take the trains. So if there is a plugin that allows you to set a cost for warping and a pre-cooldown period that would be high quaility.
