Per Rank Inventory

Suggested name: Per Rank / Group Inventory

What I want: I need a plugin for my Bungee Hub Server. I plan on having different inventories per rank, for example, there would be a inventory formatted for the normal user rank. So on to VIP, Moderator, Admin, you get where I'm going. I would like the plugin to include a configuration file that you would be able to list your different inventories per rank. Here is an example.

Group: Moderator
Slot 1: Blaze_Rod
Item Name: &4Blaze Rod&r
Item Lore: &cRight Click Me!&r
Commands to be run on right/left click: /spawn

So on and so forth.
Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin, maybe just a reload command for the config.

Ideas for permissions: It will read from the config file all the ranks, and would then format them to be like. inventory.moderator.

When I'd like it by: Whenever it can be done .
