Permissions noob needs help

    Hey guys, I have the Plugins Essentials and Flight, and I want to write a permission so that everyone on the server can fly. It should stay survival mode though since it's only for a short time. I don't want to make them all OP and I have no idea about Permissions so I would appreciate help.

    Can ya please download a permissions plugin and tell us which it is? (PEX and bPermissions are most updated)
