PEX ranks not crossing over from world to world

I have a ranking system up and running, but 4 different worlds that players can access. When a player clicks on the signshop ( plugin ) sign, it buys the next rank up automatically if their rank is the one below it ( done with LWC for the sign protections ).

But when a player changes worlds, that rank does not follow.

The only ranks that do follow thru are the staff ranks ......

Well, the group settings look ok, mind showing us what is happening to the users at the various ranks, before, during and after clicking the signs. There are so many unknowns at this point, I have no idea how to advise you. Also, what commands are on the signs?

Show me what a user looks like in your permission file before they click on anything.

Show me the command that is issued.

Show me what that user looks like in your permission file AFTER the command is issued (by clicking the sign).

And ignore maxkav1999 since s/he is being quite unhelpful and just here to advertise his opinion.
