Hello, I have an urgent problem lately on my server, griefers keep coming and griefing it all day, so I'm wondering if someone could make or point me to an plugin, which forces all players to get manually validated by an admin. As long as they are not validated, players shall not be able to place/destory blocks and only admins shall be able to hear their words, so they don't disturb the other peaceful players.
This can be accomplished with a variety of permissions plugins and a chat plugin that offers channels (like HeroChat).
You can just set build to false in permissions, give them no permissions and you can use my plugin MuteGroup to prevent them from talking, although it does not let admins see the message.

I installed PermissionsBukkit (without the Bridge), it works very fine without forcing me to handle the mess of modifying all plugins permissions nodes (because they stay in OP-mode).
