Solved Please Help Server Error Unknown Problem PLEASEEEEEE

Hi i have been trying to run a bukkit server, but nobody can connect not even me. I port forwarded it right, but when i have my friends or myself join my ip 66.189.112.134 they get the connection lost end of stream error. When i check online if the server is up using a online port checker, it says its open but it doesnt work. What do i do? I spent 4 months on this server please help. Also in the properties file for the server ip i tried to put 66.189.112.134 but it said a port was already binded, so i was forced to do my computer ip.

the ip i used is from whatsmyip.com

Don't put your IP in the config file, leave that bit blank.

When i check if my server is online using a website it tells me it is offline?
Will others be able to join it, players not inside my network?

If you have port forwarded and everything, then yes
