A Plugin that can make u have a npc companion and you can give it items and it can build simple 8x8 houses made of wood and has a kill command like /pluginname killer etc and make it simple and noob friendly. The 2nd yes is a no as well i stuffed up the poll. GhostHunter
GhostHunter You should ask the developers of Citizens if they would be willing to do something like this. Possibly there is a NPC profile that does building? I don't know.
