    I haven't even searched anything.. once I connect to plugins.bukkit.org, it fails.

    Then just search the forums ;) you can check search titles only and it works ok most of the time. In any case, we're sorry for the issues with that system, but it's not the only way to do it.

    EDIT: The issue should now be fixed :)

    I've found most popular (and more importantly, up-to-date) plugins are on BukkitDev by now. Those that aren't, you should suggest it :D
