Reading a schematic

Hello Everyone,

I've been trying read the blocks tag in a schematic file to use in a chunk for the world generator. Hoewever I can't seem to get the right equation which leads to some humorous (but uninteded) results (link http://i.imgur.com/pFolbu5.png). Does anbody happen to know how to get the right blocks in to the right place?
