[REQ] Broadcasting Plugin

Hey i need a plugin to broadcast messages like kinda like the /say command
/bn hey
[BroadcastPrefix] hey
/bn lol hello people
[BroadcastPrefix] lol hello people
Im wondering if it can have a config to change the broadcast prefix..
i have been trying to code it but couldn't figure the message thing....

May I ask if you require permissions, and if so which permissions plugin you are using?

 

im using permissions 3.x but im trying to switch over to bpermissions

Ok, added a config for that
New plugin:
http://h31ix.net/hbroadcast_1_1/hBroadcast.jar

Delete your config.yml file and get the plugin to generate a new one, and you will have a true/false option for that.

Can i use this ? xD i hate having to type /broadcast just to make a broadcast.
