Plugin category: Not sure, sorry. Suggested name: ItemName What I want: Use a config file that lets you enter the item ID, a comma, and the new name for it(or something along those lines). I would like for the option to use a different texture pack that changes what some items are and this plugin would let me rename the item appropriately. When a player hovers over the item in their Inventory, they will see the new name. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed. When I'd like it by: Whenever you can, please.
I don't think this is possible without using client-side mods, but please correct me if I'm wrong. Edit: Unless you want to force players to use spout, or similar, I suggest you make a server texturepack where the items you want to change resemble the item you wish them to be.
OK. Thanks anyway. I guess I could edit the language file too right? They the client would have to connect with the altered jar file, right?
