[REQ] Snow Blacklist

So I've search for this plugin to no avail, and since I have no abilities with Java programming, this seemed like a great alternative!

I'd like to know if it would be possible to have some kind of snow blacklist. I want to be able to build roads in peace, without tonnes of glowstone that will eventuallly get stolen.

A simple config I'd like to see would be something like

       -1
       -43:0

I just want to stop snowfall on stone and double steps. I'm not looking for total snow loss.

You can't. Snow is client side.

 

I'll give it a shot. Not so sure on metadata support. Is it that important to you?
