[Request] Auto World Guard for Infinite Plots

Forum, I have a brilliant idea for plugin developers.

Ever want a world guard region for every plot in a mass-storage of them?

I have here an example of plots. Each one is 60 x 60
Lets zoom in....


This shows each space between plots is 7 blocks. Even diagonally. So here is a "stupid version" of the code


Worldguardregion = every 60x60 blocks

Noworldguardregion= the 7 blocks in between the plots.

or something like that. I hope you understand what I am getting at, I spent all that time making the images. If you need any clarification, please reply below.
