Rpg plugin of clans

    What I want: I think it's a good idea to make a plugin, which will do next things: If player hasn't got a clan and he is not the member of clan, he can make a new one, if other player typed a command, which means that he want join that clan, it's leader can accept him to this clan. If there are four or more players in clan, it's leader can select a territory for the clan and if there are less than two players of this clan online, this territory will be protected from other players. (territory should be limited, as example an area of 300 cubes for one player, that means that if there are 10 players in clan, it's leader can select a territory, which "x" coordinate multiplied by "z" coordinate not bigger than 3000 cubes). Selecting territory, clan's leader should also select a chest and when member of another clan open it, his clan will be the owner of this territory (if this clan has four or more members), all chests in this territory, protected by LWC will be also unprotected.
    Ideas for commands:
    /clanlist - prints list of clans
    /clan new <name_of_clan> <description_of_clan> - creates a new clan
    /join <name_of_clan> - sends a message to the leader of clan that player wants join it. (i think it will be better, if this command will be available only once a week)
    /joinlist - shows list of players, which want join the clan (only for clan's leaders)
    /accept <player> - accepts player to the clan (only for clan's leader. Only if <player> is member of joinlist)
    /decline <player> - deletes player from joinlist (only for clan's leader. Only if <player> is member of joinlist)
    /clanlist <name_of_clan> - shows all members of clan
    /clanregion - starts selecting of territory. Player will have to select two points and chest, using wooden sword (Only for clan's leaders. Only if there are four or more players in clan.)
    /clanregion select - ends selecting of territory.
    /clanregion delete - deletes territory of clan, in which player is situated (Only for mods and clan's leaders)
    Ideas for permissions:
    clan.join.* - gives permissions to use commands "/clanlist", "/join"
    clan.create.* - gives permissions to use commands "/clan new", "/joinlist", "/accept", "/decline"
    clan.region.player - gives permissions to use commands "/clanregion" in player's territory
    clan.region.mod - gives permission to use commands "/clanregion" in all territories
