Seriously need to fix my server lag. 1.3.1 bukkit

Hey guys, owner of Brave Network here.
My server is running on 3gb with 60 slots, it lags with 10 players on...
The server didn't lag on 1.2.5 but ever since updated it lags soo bad.
I updated all my plugins, theres no errors in the console except
<player> MOVED TO QUICKLY and WARNING CANT KEEP UP like every 40 seconds.

I noticed also that this has been happening to every 1.3.1 server.
Servers with port 25565 take forever to load and have 1000ms+
Servers without port 25565 load just like minecraft 1.2.5.
I dont even know if this is bukkit, it seems like its a minecraft problem.
If anyone knows how to fix the lag please tell me.

Anyway the moved too quickly bug is due to fly mods, (this is a well known problem).
Warning cant keep up, simply means your hardware cant cope... the requirements for minecraft 1.3.1 have gone up quite a bit from 1.2.5 so you need more CPU more RAM more internet.

Of course posting a list of plugins may help.

 

The ping for minecraft servers is a bug from mojang's side. Deal with it until the fix it hopefully in 1.3.2.

 

Chances are it has nothing to do with the hardware not keeping up. If my server can run it fine after a few tweaks on an Intel Atom 1.8GHz dual core processor...

So I should do /save-off , then get a plugin to save-all every 10 minutes or so?

 

i created a build without autosaving every 45 seconds.

you should type a "save-all" every now and then

I have save-off on.. Didnt fix anything at all.
I made it so it saves every 15 minutes instead of 45 seconds
Didnt help.

 

use the build i compiled and dont do anything with save-off/on
