Server going crazy when staff log on..?

Hi fellas,
Whenever I promote a regular player to staff, the server goes very, very slow, and they time out after a while. This also occurs when a staff member joins the server I've discovered this is a consequence of GroupManager; although I don't know how to fix it. I am not getting any error logs in the console.
For your ease, the lowest staff rank is Mod.

No error logs? Are you using the dev build essentials? or Stable

There is, it threw an error when I parsed it. (From the pastebin you have in the OP)

The exact error is the '#', I have removed them from the paste. A '#' symbol is used to comment. It parsed it but when you tried to update the file (from inheritance), it throws a syntax error.
