Server Keeps Timing Out

I just started my server. This is my 3rd one so I thought I would do everything right. But for some reason, right after I made it public and posted an ad on PMC, it would randomly freeze and kick everyone saying nothing more than "Timed Out". It's really annoying and it happens every 1-4 minutes. (I timed it). I have 4GB's of RAM and its hosted from my house. I host it on my other computer but play on this one because it has a better GPU but less RAM. This seems to only happen when multiple people are on. When it's just me on it doesn't crash. Could Someone please help?

Can you give me the log to see what's going on? Second, it could be the internet connection isn't stable.

 

How can I show you the log? The logs folder is filled with a bunch of .gz files and I cant read them. The only one I can read in Notepad++ is the latestlog and its brandnew and hasnt logged a crash yet.

 

Sorry, what I meant was if you could please give me what the console prints when you have a connection issue like that. There's 2 reasons I can think of, server tick stalling caused from a plugin or your internet connection from your server going outwards is faulty.

 

Have you set your server to offline mode instead of online?

 

Qwahchees CraftBukkit 1.7.8 is not stable yet, so it is better to use a older build that is stable. For example the 'craftbukkit-1.7.2-R0.3' version, which is the latest Beta build.
