Hi my name is Dyl619 and I am the Owner of a Faction Server called MotionCraft Factions IP: motioncraft.info Website: motionCraft.enjin.com The plugin I'm thinking of is a Shout plugin that anyone on the server can do /shout and it will broadcast a message globally example: [MotionCraft] Dyl619 - Hello, Shout Plugin But they can not dot his to spam, so maybe a 15min cool down timer. Commands could be simply: /shout [message] Permissions could be: - shout.shout Extra INFO! If I like this plugin the developer will get a Free Rank on my server called Developer and some extra perms. I might take a stab at this, this will be my first plugin if i get it working, it shouldnt be too hard, but dont think that i am committing to this. would the bukkit command '/say' not do this too?

When some types the message there will b no spaces in the message even what they have put spaces them selves. Thanks Dyl619
