With the new sidebar feature in Minecraft, which plugins like ConfigurableMessages and InfoSidebar have been able to use, I think it would be an awesome idea for a new plugin to be made which lets you display MySQL variables. This would be useful in a number of ways, for example if you're making a Skript plugin and you want your variables to show up there. If someone does decide to make this, I will love you so much <3
There's some disadvantages here. The sidebar must use this format: <string> <integer> So, you can't simply display a plain message in the sidebar. There are also some length limits on the string, and if the client receives one that is too long, I'm pretty sure it disconnect from the server.
