i protected my spawn with worldguard and i added mods so they could build but they can only build 20 blocks away from where the spawn is set..why is this??..i added them to the region...
Check your bukkit.yml file, in the same location as your CraftBukkit.jar file. If you've already mapped out a protected area with WorldGuard, you should be able to set spawn-radius in bukkit.yml to 0, if it isn't already.
