Spawn Radius Function/ Spawn Protection

    Hello,
    I was wondering if , when I change the "Spawn Radius" in the Bukkit yml file, it changes the area in which the players can spawn, or only what area is protected by the spawn area's protected status.

    It is the radius of the area protected by spawn.

    It changes the area where players cannot destoy blocks because of spawn protection
