Spontaneous combustion [Plugin request]

I would like to request a plugin be made that causes players to randomly burst into flames for a randomly selected amount of time. The chance of this happening should also be able to be configured by the server owner.

 

i can try. all players or a random one?

okay. so let me get this straight:
The plugin randomly chooses a player on the server and sets them on fire.

Should it be every x minutes?

 

Yeah, it should randomly choose a player every x minutes, and set them on fire for 1-20 seconds.

 

i'll try my best. the 1-20 seconds will be configurable to, no?
