   I am new to this thing so I would like to know what plugins should I have on a bukkit server for starting. I know a few but i don't want to miss any of them. The server will be survival.
   
   And also I have a problem at the server. When a first time player logs in he is spawned somewhere in the air near the spawn point I have set and before their registering they are kicked out for floating too much.
   
   Sorry if I made some grammar mistakes. I speak english for 6 years.

   disable your auth plugin, its unneeded for servers.

   I did that and I tried to connect with another account. Now it spawns random in the air, somewhere near the spawn point.
