Survival Games plugin not working!?

    This is the plugin not working: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/survival-games/
    I have in my plugins folder and when ever I restart the server to make sure it works it doesn't!?
    Need help troubleshooting it. ASAP!
    When I install the plugin the folder or anything doesn't create so I don't get the config file?

    MojoCraft do you get any errors? Bukkit version? Plugin version?

    Ya when I check in game to see if the plugin is there/install it's not installed? But I put it in my plugin folder?!
