Solved Switching Computers?

I have just finished building a computer and tried to switch my server files over. It works fine, the server starts, however, it seems like i cant get on my server. I then go back to the original computer and start it up the server and it works fine. I can have both servers running without the error that there is already one running on the certain ip... whenever i start the server on the first computer i can log on... any help?

Make sure to port forward for the new computer, as they have different internal IP addresses.

when u are on the other computer is it connected to the same internet?

Yes I am connected to the same internet. What port do i need to port forward?

Never mind i switched the internal ip to mine. Thank you that worked perfectly.
