This plugin appears to do everything you've asked for, aside from a few things. I don't know what an ESP generator is, but I seem to remember it being related to Equivalent Exchange - You'll find that here.

As for the ender chest stuff, look here and here.

As there are plugins available to do everything you've asked for, it's kind of unlikely that you'll find people willing to create more plugins, sorry. But the above four links should be more than enough.
