Teleport effects

Suggested name: TeleportEffects+

What I want: I want a plugin which when you teleport[only teleporting with essentials commands ex: spawn,tpa,tpaccept(and you accept yo go there) and the others]effects like lightning bats and fire (they dont cause any damage) point at you.What i mean is at the place you teleported lightning hit the ground at that block bats spawn at that block and fire come out of you.This effects are exactly the same with the ones used to the VanishNopacket plugin when you togglng vanish so you can check it out for example

Finished plugin, but wondering if you want Lighting and bats at place player teleports to or place player teleports from?

- tpeffects: Toggles effects
Permissions
- teleport.effects : Allows for use of Teleportation Effects
Extra Notes:
This will run ANY time a player teleports if they have the permission teleport.effects
Getting it to work with Essentials would have been a bit more work than I would like.
