Teleportation Delay Groups Help

I have a server and I'm looking for a way to set different teleport delays for different groups. I am willing to download any plugin for this, or really do anything at all. This is really important to my server!!

How can I do this? Thank you in advance for your help!!

 

I hate answering these questions without a dignified response to help you but, there is no way to do this. Maybe a developer could possibly do it for you? I mean it doesnt seem to me that it would be that hard to make but then again I dont make plugins aha. Maybe I didnt search hard enough but I know you can set a teleport delay for non op players such as members and donors and for a group you dont want to have to wait you could give the group the perm essentials.teleport.cooldown.bypass to allow the group or player to bypass the cooldown time and auto tp them.
