This isn't permissions, but I am looking for a decent $20 a month vps/minecraft host. Any recommendations?

My server has had what seems to be a huge memory leak for the past few months. The confusing thing for me is that the crashes started happening out of nowhere. Our server ran just fine for the first while and would usually have 15-20 players on. We didn`t change any plugins at the time and it may have been around the same time as a MC/Bukkit update. Also, we did use the /reload command a lot before we learned that is a bad idea. Our server only has a usual max of 5-7 players so it does not crash as often but even with that few players (we have 2gb ram 48 slots) our free ram goes as low as 10%.

So is there anything that immediately stands out here? Also does any potential memory leak from /reload end when I restart the server?

You should never use reload. It's known to cause massive memory leaks.

We learned that the hard way...
Is there anyway to repair any damage its done? Or would it fix on server reset?

Try restarting/stopping your server. It should fix on server reset if you stop using /reload, both in-game and on the console.

Well, I'll post here about a problem with my server. Cray_Z has attempted to help me and he really has but I still cannot get my portforwarding right.
I have access to my routers webpage via 192.168.0.1 and has portforwarded. But still even with the correct IP and same port, I can not connect with my external IP but only with localhost and 127.0.0.1. I have successfully created a server before but I forgot what I had done to portforward correctly. I have portforwarded 25565 with the protocol being UDP/TCP, and the IP address to be my IPv4 address. I also allowed the firewall to let 25565 pass through. YET I still cannot connect with my External IP. I also have serverip = (blank) and the port set to 25565 in my server.properties file.
If your guy's help can't make my server work correctly, I don't know what will. -.-

I don't know if I've mentioned this before, or not, but did you allow both 25565 UDP and 25565 TCP through the firewall?
