   I'm not sure about everyone but I for one get annoyed when my plugin users keep telling me I delete their tickets, when in fact I just change the status to fixed.
   
   What I was wondering is if there could be a way to make it show all tickets by default and not just the open ones.

   You could always use an external ticket manager such as GitHub's.
